On 31.07.2026, public transport routes have been changed:
- Buses on route No. 30 "Ozerne - Trypilska St." will turn around on Petliura St. near the KEV stop, without entering the Dubove microdistrict;
- Buses on route No. 18 "Vereisky St. - Rakove" will turn around on Kamianetska St. near the intersection with Smotrytsky St., without entering the Ruzhychna microdistrict.

EcoBus Schedule for August
On August 5, the EcoBus will visit villages belonging to the старостинський округ with its center in the village of Oleshyn.
Also, hazardous waste can be brought daily to waste management centers from 8:00 to 19:00:
Vystavka microdistrict, Myru Avenue, 7 (landfill for household waste)
Rakove microdistrict, intersection of Chornovola St. and Pilotska St. ("shtany"), Vetlikarnya stop
Center, Kniaz Sviatoslav Khorobryi St., 1 (territory of KKP "Spetskomuntrans")
The EcoBus does not accept hazardous waste from enterprises and organizations.

Traffic on Proskurivskoho Pidpillia Street will be complicated until July 31.
This refers to the section from Kamianetska Street to Shestakova Street. Work is currently underway there to restore the asphalt concrete pavement. Drivers are urged to take this into account when planning their routes.
Traffic on Kamianetska Street in Khmelnytskyi will be temporarily complicated on the evening of July 23 and throughout July 24. The reason is preparatory work (milling) before the restoration of the asphalt concrete pavement.
Restrictions will be in effect from 19:00 on July 23 to 08:00 on July 25, 2026, on the section from Podilska Street to Proskurivskoho Pidpillia Street.
The work will be performed by the contracting organization - LLC "Dorozhni Mashyny".
We ask drivers to take into account the temporary inconvenience when planning routes and, if possible, choose alternative routes.
From July 21, 2026, due to the restoration of the asphalt concrete pavement and the arrangement of a boarding platform at the "Shopping Center" stop (Kamianetska St., in the direction towards the city center), the stop will be temporarily relocated.
The temporary location for passenger boarding and alighting will be closer to the intersection with Proskurivskoho Pidpillia St., in the area of building No. 43 on Kamianetska St. (in front of the pre-trial detention center).
During the period of work, passenger boarding and alighting at the usual stop location (near the plaza) will not be carried out.
The changes will be in effect until the completion of repair work.

In Khmelnytskyi, traffic will be temporarily blocked on Hrushevskyi Street in the area of the intersection with Heroes of Mariupol Street and European Street. The restrictions are related to the installation of asphalt concrete pavement.
Traffic will be blocked during the following periods:
from 19:00 on July 18 to 08:00 on July 19, 2026;
from 19:00 on July 19 to 07:00 on July 20, 2026.
Repair work will be carried out by LLC "Dorozhni Mashyny".
We ask drivers to take into account the temporary restrictions when planning their routes.
Today at 19:00, repair work on the asphalt concrete pavement will begin on vul. Kamianetska, on the section from Podilska to Proskurivskoho Pidpillia. Preparatory work will continue during the evening and night hours – approximately until the morning of July 17.
Until July 26, traffic on this section will be complicated daily from 8:00 to 19:00.
Outreach doctor appointments will take place in July for residents of remote villages in the Khmelnytskyi community.
The schedule for doctors from Khmelnytskyi City Center for Primary Medical and Sanitary Care No. 2 has now been approved.
On July 29, they will work in the village of Ivankivtsi.
On July 16, 23, and 30, visits to the village of Parkhomivtsi are planned.
To receive a full package of services, every resident of the community can choose their family doctor and sign a declaration with them.
Traffic may be complicated at the intersection of Staromiska and Kamianetska streets, near the House of Services.
Khmelnytskteplokomunenergo will be performing emergency work on heating networks in the mentioned area until July 18. Residents and drivers are asked to take this information into account when planning routes and, if possible, choose alternative routes in advance.

Budivelna Street;
Budivelny Lane.
